Loki is the son/creation of a mad scientist, Surgei Tesla, and has followed suite with his creator's madness. He is part wolf, part Hyena, and part of his creator's OS. Raised as a son, rather than an experiment, He has become scientific in his exploits, though more along the neurological and psychological side. He is highly skilled in psychiatry, neurology, and psychology, and has been known to be a notorious brainwasher and hypnotist. He is also considered a neutral evil alignment, because he will not chose sides, if both are funding his father's organization, but he has been known to practice taboo methods of both, experimentation, AND obtaining test subjects (including kidnapping and public testing under the impression that his experiment is a new drug or simply blood testing.
