Looks like Dorcha's influence of making women expand has affected himself, and turned him into a giant, beefy and busty woman!
He doesn't seem to notice that too well...
An art trade with http://dotintheparadox.deviantart.com/ , which I found quite fun to do. While he said that I could try to invert the shadows for the skin as shading, I decided to not do it, as I kinda like the void-like effect it has.
