I thought it would be cool to try making a Cleer whose missing eye was replaced with a gem.

CLEER INFO:
Cleers (mix of the words clear & seer) are aura readers. They can see the auras of others. The gems they are born with match the colours of their soulmate's aura (same or different species). The blinds are called Aura Blinds, and although you would think it would hinder their site it does not. The blinds are made with magic and only block out auras from their vision as looking at auras too much gives them migraines/headaches.
ABOUT EMBEDDED GEMS!!!
Embedded gems are NOT a rare trait. Cleers (and their cousin species) will use magic to surgically embed them into their bodies for aesthetic purposes. Cleers are the only ones (out of the three species) that get scarred when they do this. Examples: One ► Two
