It been a while since I submit anything here on FA and since I am in heavy mood rush for graphics, I made this awesome avatar for my lovable
tiamat_dragon55 using ILLUSTRATOR software.
I dare you to try to make this awesome graphic using only Illustrator! Though I sketched first on paper and I cropped the image using Photoshop for final touch, but I made shapes, colors, shading, and effects all with Illustrator. It's not easy, but it really fun! Maybe I should adopt this kind of style for my "Myth of Dyna" story... maybe! I am still experimenting in my mind!

it took me about... 5-6 hours on Illustrator software to apply shapes, colors, shades, and effects. The hardest parts were shading and tailflame, which require lot of thinking about the style it should fit with the Meleon. I like the way it came out, definitely the graphic style I want :3

I never knew you were such an artist. ^^ Nice avy! I did note the picture's finickiness with being compressed...I also noticed tiamat's 100x100 version was a bit lacking in quality.
I hope you don't mind, but I screwed around with the pic a bit in Paint Shop Pro and managed to get a 100x100 version that still looks crisp. You can pass it onto Tiamat if you want. :3~

I mean I spend most of my time drawing my own creatures and doing arts for my classes and very rarely on commissions... also, I am not sure if I can nail on the gesture and character of your avatar, even if it is the same species as my soulmate Tiamat <3

But you did just pull off a youthful, bright-eyed, feral-ish Charemeleon here. I'm a lot of things, Avek. ^^ Spunky, horny, cute, bright, dumb, eager, curious, feral, mature, childish...I have many moods, as I am a well-fleshed-out individual. (My Char side is really who I am, after all.)

well, I did draw some during the summer on many of stuffs, but I resist posting here in fear of people stealing my artistic and story ideas because... it IS my big personal project that I am not sure if posting them here is a good idea and some of story ideas are suppose to be BIG secrets...
on other hand, I could get some criticisms about how to improve my characters and ideas. *shrug* I will figure it out
