Trisha checked over her clipboard as she walked along. Dominion and Aesc were busy testing the belt that the sheep had retrieved. But they'd been busy for well over an hour. There were more important things to attend to. Other people better suited to testing it..
The doorway slid open with a whoosh and casting her honey-gold eyes about, the young rabbit blinked at Aesc standing rather dumbstruck, staring up. Following his gaze as she stepped up beside her, she realized why.
Their boss had taken it upon himself to try the belt out himself, and floated, as if dangling from a thread, several feet overhead, upside-down.
'Sir, you've been like that for forty minutes, maybe you should take it off so we can try some other means of testing.' Coaxed the Ram.
'Nono, I've got this!' Forest started, limbs wriggling, flailing, as if trying to turn himself upright in water. 'If I can just..' He managed to make it nearly halfway, before the floating device seemed to correct itself, swaying him upside down again. 'Nutbunnies..'
Trisha blinked a little bit, stooping to pick up the glasses that had long since fallen off their boss' muzzle bridge. Standing straight, she regarded the wolf again.
'Are you.. wearing it upside down, perhaps sir? Doesn't it usually have the 'M' facing up?'
Forest blinked, his ears and cheeks a little red for the blood having rushed to his head.
'So..? This way it spells 'W' for Wuff!' He beamed proudly with his logic and struggled again in his efforts to right himself.
'..You've taken bets from the minions on how long it's going to take to get him down, haven't you.' Trish murmured aside to the ram as Dominion busied himself.
Aesc just grinned.
'Wait, did you say minions? That's it!' grinned the Wolf, suddenly licking his lips. 'Bring me a couple, that'll help!'
Saliva dripped onto the hard concrete floor.
