That's a very interesting depiction of the song, there. I love the way you designed her outfit - what with the details on both the cover on her head and the suit itself. The look in her eyes is very striking in a seductive way. The little spiders set off a creepy mood, too. :)
However, I'd like to make a suggestion here that might help you with this image or with any future images similar to it... Where her arms and legs meet at the walls and the floor... I'm not sure if they are meant to not "go through" the walls or not. But if they are meant to go through, I'd suggest you add a little "dripping" or "watery" effect around the parts where her arms and feet meet at the wall (kinda like the same effect when an object is in water). Just a suggestion. :)
Otherwise, you did a good job at making the mood rather creepy and seductive. Which works very well with the song's context, too. :)

An awesome piece of art and a kick ass song to boot, I really need to get started on my halloween piece and I think I know the perfect song to center it around. I would have went with Raining Blood by Slayer, but Kittysonikku beat me to it so it looks like I'll have to go with another equally fun sounding one; Sanitarium by Metallica.
This picture reminds me alot of the game F.E.A.R., only it's alot more sexier and I'm not wanting to run when I see her walking down a corridor, but getting to my point! There is a part towards the beginning of the game where your walking down a narrow corridor, the lights blink off and when they flicker back on you see that the entire hallway has been filled with blood almost waist high. As you trudge slowly through the thick liquid you hear what sounds like two doctors operating on a patient and when you reach the end of a hallway a skeleton raises from the blood and grabs you, but before anything else happens the lights blink off again and when the flicker back on everything is normal again.
