Plague is my plague doctor character with a sci-fi twist. Easily the scariest villain that I had.
When he asked for a few hours of my time to draw him, I obliged. He's definitely not the character to say no to. >_>

Speaking of plague doctors, have you heard of Pathologic?
It's a rpg/horror game from Russia about a town suffering from a plague of some kind.
As you progress, every day, one main NPC dies and is 'replaced' by a plague doctor to act as a stand-in for them as the story advances.
They're on of the least creepy things in the whole game.
And they're pretty creepy.
