One thing that can hinder a sled dog's performance is distractions, be they shiny or cuddly. Not surprisingly,
was eyeing my Pikachu, Pika, once I showed him. He thought it looked so adorable, so I let the husky hold Pika for a photo-op. Good thing that there was no sled dog racing going on, or Pika would've made Sim (I assume that's his character name) go off-track. Now that'd be shocking!
