In your defense, its usually guys who stick with that kind of job longer. Going out in the middle of the night, going to people's houses, and carrying a lot of money is a big enough risk already and for women it carries more than a few extra worrying additions.
Speaking from experience here, I used to work for Pizza Hut and all but one of our drivers were guys for this very reason.

I'm kind of hoping you will include a moment where Manda makes a mistake and takes things too far. Where Star stands up to her and flat out refuses. It's also a big part of this. Learning when to draw the line and say "no". I mean Manda is competent for sure but nobody is perfect. Every dom has moments where they can too carried away with their authority. Maybe Manda had a really bad day and is in a bad mood. That she doesn't have the patience for Star's hesitance and just tries to brute force her.
I know that might be tricky but I don't think it would really make her look bad. If you provide a justification it would make her appear a lot more flawed and believable.
