This is the point of time where every seven years, the moon turns red for one full hour. It's basically supposed to signify a "great omen" meant to happen, but in all actuality what REALLY happens is the barrier between a demon's world and this world powers down and millions of demons visit our world... Scary, you might say? Well since I love spirits so much, I say that this will probably be the greatest time of my life! (I absolutely love the moon so occurences like eclipses and this is fun to me)

Anyway.. The meaning behind the caption in the drawing poses as the chance for Eclipse and Jessaramen to bond more easily and since they are demons, it would also allow them to become more stronger in a shorter amount of time, but only during the eclipse.
