Drapani (Dragon and Frangipani)

Drapani Dragons are small creatures. They can grow up to 20cm. Drapanis are very close to nature. They can speak with other animals and flowers and know everything about medical plants. They live in small groups of 6-12 Drapanis. They are very social and loves to play in the sun. They can eat any plants , even poisonous plants. Their bodies are immune for any poisons They normally don't show in front of humans but do it when the Human is in danger, lost or ill to help them find a way home and get healthy. But after helping them, the human lost the encounter with a Drapani. Nobody knows why because nobody remembers that they met one.

Every Drapani Dragon has its own frangipani flower with individual colors which gave them their body colors and patterns.

Newborn Drapanis are all white. They get their colors and pattern when they found their own Frangipani Flower. This can take a few days or even years. If they find the right one, they put their flower on the back left leg and because of their special fur, it never falls down. To tell how old a Drapani is, you have to count the flowers on their Tail fur.
But even if Drapanis look for their Flower for years, its unimportant for that.
One flower stands for 15 years.
If a 15 years old Drapani found its flower and put it on its back leg, a flower will appear on the tail immediately and when its 30 years old a second one and so on.

They can have different types of ears, leg-fur and antenna ends. And everyone wears an individual jewelry. It can be a necklace, earring, bracelet, crown and other things. In special cases, they get a shining gemstone on their forehead. Shining gemstones are legendary.
Drapanis can reach 1500 years of age. When they die, their flower withers with them.

About legendary drapanis:
A legendary Drapani appears when it doesn't die after 1500 years. Its really rare that a Drapani lives longer than 1500 years. When this time comes, a shining gemstone will appear on their forehead and give up a holy light and the Drapani can use it to heal all living creatures of every pain and disease. They even grow up and reach a height about 1 meter.
Legendary Drapanis never die, they just disappear and go to sleep when they used too much life-energy. And this sleep helps the earth to remain healthy because they give off some holy light, even when asleep.
