Let's face it, you can NEVER go wrong with a good mac n' cheese :B

This is a very simple one that I threw together this evening. The preparation time took less than thirty minutes and was really creamy and flavorful. I have to confess, I still have a weakness for Kraft Mac n Cheese, but I think I've found a worthy subsitute. XD The following recipe either serves two as a main course or roughly four as a side dish. I also have to credit
Telim who once made something very similar to this for me and my Mate.
Ingredients:
2 TBSP Butter
2 TBSP Flour
1 1/3 Cups Milk
1/2 TSP Salt
1 1/2 Cups of Shredded Cheese. (I used half Cheddar and half Guyere)
2 Full servings of your favorite noodles prepared according to the manufacturer's instructions. I used Rotini, but I also like shells.
In a small sauce pan, melt the butter and add the flour. Stir until smooth, about one minute. Add the milk and continuously stir until it gets thick. Stir in the salt. Remove from heat and add the cheese. Stir until smooth. Set the cheese sauce aside and prep the noodles. Once the noodles are cooked to your liking, drain them, and simply add them to the cheese sauce and stir. That's all there is to it!
Allergy warning – please read all recipes carefully and be aware of any allergies or sensitivities that may effect your health and well-being
