Finlax pronounced " Fin-lax" // Finlae pronounced "Fin-lah-eh"

Finlae ( plural ) are quadruped magical creatures. Their distinctive features are their fins inbetween their legs and their ability to morph into a humanesque form. ( more to be described in the design post. )

World and Society

---

★ Finlae live in a world covered by 85% of water, having only three continents with the size of Australia. The Northern, Southern and Middle continent. All continents are at peace with each other. ( For now. )

★ Finlae are social, intelligent creatures capable of perfect speech. They are the dominant species in this world.

★ Few Finlae believe in science and astrology and only very few have been able to develop actual robotics aided by their magical powers.

★ However, most of them believe there is a supreme god somewhere out there.

★ Finlae usually live in packs. It is rare to find a mixed pack of Ray*, Mega* and Regulars* together. The bigger a pack is, they organize themselves in hierachies. The biggest pack known of has about 100 finlae, ruled by an alpha. ( Alphas can be either gender )

★ All finlae can transform into andromorphs, that's a basic magical ability all of them possess. However, not every finlae can have more than that magic skill. The ones with more than the power of andromorphing are called the gifted magus and gifted witches. ( and their evil counterparts, the tainted magus and witches ).
