I'll probably scrap this when/if I get a better pic.

It's not beyond my notice that I didn't actually have a picture of my eponymous character in my gallery at present. Something came up that gave me better incentive to correct that than irony, so here he is.

Jeremy Mikales was created in either late '97 or early '98, a product of chat room sillyness (This was back when I frequented furry-themed IRC networks) and exotic pet musings. He's not actually my furry avatar, but he is the character I am/was best known as in the fandom. That said, like any character that has existed that long, with that much flirting with avatardom he does share alot of traits with me.

His background has gone through a number of revisions, additions, and incarnations over the years, and so I have been perpetually considering a bit of housecleaning for a while now. Here's what survives:

Jeremy is currently 28 years old, he owns a rare/used bookstore named Haven Books, which he lives above with his two adopted kids Jame and Skitch (Who are property of the everlovin  elix ). He is friends of the parents of free-love food hippy Moonlight (Seen elsewhere in my gallery), and frequently puts the boy up in a spare apartment when the boy's parents are called out of town (This happens alot, long story)

Here's where it all gets kinda weird: Jeremy is also a magic user, having bound a demon to himself in a previous life. His powers allow him to do a fair number of things, mostly shadow-themed, and one specifically is the ability to extend his life through a series of reincarnations. In times of need, he can allow the demon to take control. Originally, the pact was made as a means of control. There have been allusions to dark days that happened after the pact that Jer had to overcome. At this point, his actions are not overly hampered by the pact, except for perhaps a reluctance to use his powers much and an unwillingness to allow the demon to emerge if at all possible.

I have never created a satisfactory picture of the demon, which is know to mortals only as "RazorSkunk"

Jeremy has a slim build, with a black stripe that goes from his forhead to the tip of his tail, as well as a white belly, underarms, thighs and undertail stripe. Typically, he wears a white buttondown shirt, blue vest, jeans, boots, and a pair of leather bracers.
