There are some things that need to be repaired, which will happen when he is sent back to me at some point. His pinky fingers are too long, his neck needs to be extended, and that one ear isn't standing up like it should have been. All of these things appeared to be fine on my model at home, but didn't quite work out on the customer.

If anything, his face is fully lined, and the ventilation in him is GREAT! I heard word that his friends who have suits of their own tried his head on, and the feedback on that was amazing. He has a wide field of vision, too - you can see almost everything in front of you, with a very small blind spot!

The darker markings do look nicer in person, but they certainly need to be kept brushed, and I guess everyone was touching his face which is why they're a little messy.
