SO, you may often ask yourself, what could be more fun than attending a mandatory staff meeting at the crack of dawn on Sunday morning? ...Actually, a lot of things. But especially fursuiting at a mandatory staff meeting at the crack of dawn on Sunday morning! Yeah, you call me in on my day off, I'ma look like I do on my day off.
I pulled this from the security DVR this morning. Needless to say, we had an unusually entertaining staff meeting yesterday. Pity there aren't any cameras in the conference room.

I'd say it was pretty resoundingly positive. Not unlike reactions we've had at Sunset Market, just fewer photos and no hugs (I was only in partial anyway). Lots of amazement at the LED eyes and talkjaw (I've never talked that much in suit before and my makers just tweaked my head padding for better jaw movement). My boss' gut reaction was a bit of protest, but I just gently dismissed that and she went along with it. It's amazing what you can get away with if you just don't care what people think.
This dump. And yeah, I was actually going to bail out of it because it had been a stressful week and I didn't want to push things too far with our management, but I blabbed my secret plan to a coworker the day before and she egged me on. In the end, I'm glad I went through with it. Now I just have to try to extend that kind of boldness into my character performance when I'm in suit...
