after much mayhem, a few TFs and a LOT of outfit ruining... Our Chimera comes to his senses... not fully aware of what's happened or what he's done, but he will find out in time that his great invention was a failure.

Even afer 9 years, this is STILL one of the best TF sequences of all time:
Neat trigger, Using scifi? tech to capture magical lightning, comeuppance, mental and physical TF thats complex and multifaceted/mythological, Going on rampage after ones mind has become the monster... transforming his team/friends from boring hooomans into awesome amgical beings or varioust sorts... and the CHERRY ontop being regaining ones senses TALKING LIKE THE BEAST while being yourself still!
If there was a follow up scene with society improved/changed as a whole after this it would be 11/10! :D
