Look what I made. 8D
I've wanted a Cooper cane, ever since I played the first game. Unfortunately neither Sucker Punch or Sanzaru Games have offered one for sale to the public.
So I took matters into my own hands and visited my local hardware store. And after a few weeks on and off, it now hangs with pride on my wall.
It's not prefect, but I still love it. Even the custom made wall hooks. ^^

You know, I never really played any of the Sly cooper games. Back when I had PS2 I had 1 copy of the first game but it didn't work. Real shame -_-
Anyway, the idea of sly's descendants meeting Ratchet is awesome, and I can't belive no 1 at Sony thought of that!
Also I'm kinda proud that I managed to convice you to think about it. ^^

Actually I got an old ps3 from a friend with some games, but I don't get much to play it.
Well, out of what? Wood or metal? I guess wood, or are you willing/capable of welding? ^^ Guess not, Too much trouble.
Also is the cane fregile or is it strong enough to whack someone in the head? XD

Sadly the cane is not strong enough to take on heist. X3
As for the wrench, it looks like it mostly plastic and wood.

It my favourite game series. ^^
I hope the movie turns out good. The team that making the movie made Reboot which is cool. But most of their work has been CGI Barbie movies. XP
But they did say they were working with Sony and the original creators. So I still have high hopes.

I only managed to beat one of the second game and even then it was dumb luck. I'm more of a fan of Ratchet & Clank. I can't believe they're making a movie based on that.

I figured that the hook pattern came from DeviantArt, because I've seen a lot of Sly Cooper cosplays on it.
A wooden dowel is the easiest thing to use for the cane's handle. And besides that, it's simple. No tools or screws required for it. :)
When I saw how much the cane was, I was like, "Dang!!" What a price for a simple project. DIY is way less expensive than getting it online.
