Its funny. People say that both you and I actually are as well as three other people I know of. But I guess it has moreto do with our ideas rather than character.

well that's defiantly true but define bestiality; in my view it's by the dictionary
there are several definitions here are the more common ones
* sex between a person and an animal
* the condition or status of a lower animal
* display or gratification of bestial traits or impulses
* sexual relations between a human being and a lower animal
Pretty straight forward, but now lets define anthropomorphic
* described or thought of as having a human form or human attributes
now that in on its self is pretty vague, human form isn't but human attributes could be anything.
so to get to my point is an Anthropomorphic animal still considered a lower animal if it possesses a human mind and form?

So, if the animal posses the ability to transform into a human form, and posses sapience(self-awareness), and the ability to communicate it, would haveing sex with it in its animalistic form still be considered beasiality?
That's a grey area. Many people would still say yes. I, however, am going to say no. If they are self aware, and able to communicate it, then it is not beastiality. Of course, then you have to worry about rape and many many other dark roadways, but we cross those as we get there.
