AMMAGOODNESS YAAAAY DONE FINISHED IT YAAAY This is a commission for 
doraneirok for an anthro refsheet! :D This was overall fun to do, though I've learned to stay speeded up on art because otherwise I start to drag and plod through, instead of flying and snowboarding through.
And why snowboard? Because this refsheet was partly inspired (hugely inspired) by surf and snowboard documentaries. :D Dorey even got his own eclectic snowboard company logo! XD And this is a neat thing I think I will keep, snowboard influences-- ANYWAY:
Epic digital painting worth the patience and time for both commissioner and commissionee I think, there were may parts where I might have well as been surfing, because it was that much fun. :D All in Photoshop with some semi-hidden extras! Thank you for commissioning me Doran, enjoy! :D And Doran, those are actually your signature letters DG, just reversed and with the two little marks you make. I....couldn't find a good way to not have them backwards. XD;; But now you can put that on your snowboard or sled or tail or whatever and be all snowhooligan. XD
ALSO: Don't forget, you can get your own refsheet EARLY NOW before BronyCon, Anthrocon, or WhateverCon you are planning this summer! Get a good ref for satisfying commission results!
Finally: there will be a slight update for this image tonight or tomorrow, a few details to add and polishing to do :3 but this will stay here for now! YAAAY

I have this little mental image in my head, where I run at my computer screaming from the far side of the room and hit the fave button so hard that all of midlands England just EXPLODES.
I am SO incredibly delighted with how this came out. :) Thank you so much, dear. It's hard to find words. This is SO ADORABLE. It really feels like it captured the essence of all things good and admirable about being a Dorey, you know me well enough to know how to put them all in. And it's a mix of that and your own bright and warm spirit. It's so clear to see how much of yourself you put into this. I love it so much! There are so many little details that just make me squealexplode. I absolutely love the snowboardy logo! I've never been snowboarding but I've always been interested to give it a try sometime. If I ever get madly into it and buy one of my own I will totally put that logo on the board. XD
Also AIEEE those solewrinkles. <3 And all that crazyfloof. And random Kurra hand tugging at my ear. ^^ So much about this that just blows me away and feels so perfect.

BEWM. *superwide IMAX shot of the UK splitting into all independent island countries* *faint rabid screaming* X'D You're welcome, you're welcome dear. :) I'm just glad I can do this for ya. :) The great thing is that that's actually an easily makeable logo (even if the design doesn't read too clearly but WHATEVER it's FUN) than can be printable. c8
Also I tried snowboarding once. Rent a helmet. Ice can be harder than your skull believe me, ow... /)@_@(\

What? Is it like refrigerated? Is this an all year thing, or do they have like artificial powder analogue where you can go on? :3
Seriously, there is like a Zen or Matrix bullet time or spiritual experience moment when you do certain things. I've had it happen in skiiing, snowboarding, running, swimming, monofinning, and if you haven't had it happen before I hope you find it in some cool sport. :> You don't necessarily have to snowboard or halfpipe to get it, but that is one of the funnest places possibly to look for it. Daaang, you guys there have like really advanced stuff, you're like Dubai! :O

Yeah! It's an indoor real snow ski slope. Bash 'Xscape Milton Keynes' into Google image search, it's this big funny slug-looking building that kinda dominates the skyline of MK. ^^

It'd be fun to get good enough at something that I could really relax into it that way. I've had relaxy zen from like.... snorkelling and whatnot, but nothing more hardcore. I needa get my bike out a bunch this summer. ^^

Hooooollllly moly!! Kurra, this is amazing! this is just.... SO Dorey. :) Not just his look, but you've done so well at capturing the core of his amazing personality as a soul too. Absolutely agreed with every word on here. Looks fantastic, and you've totally captured those incredible footpaws of his too. And the floof! Haha... love the floof. ^_^ You draw beautiful hannds too - so shapely and perfect.

Ahhhhh - no wonder they look so good (the feet, I mean) - a real reference always helps, and yes, Doran has pretty darn nice feet (for a human, anyway). :P I can't imagine the patience required to do all that floof or even just the whole ref in general - I could never attempt anything like that. You did a wonderful job - not just as a picture, but in really capturing the essence of who Dorey really is. :)
Yeeah.... you're gonna catch me whining, in fact I can almost predict the schedule (personal life is about to go #$@!kopf in a week).
I don't know, even in this this took me too long and a lot of mental energy. I mean I like it... but it's nooooot complete for me.
But I can appreciate what I did, a little bit. I can enjoy it, I did have fun with it... I just hate that this shows me how far I have to go. It's not a very steep uphill road, it's a very VERY VERY long road.
