Definitely do-able, the only thing that might be a little off would be the pinkish-purple star in the center of the head might not have that many points. (Due to the size of beads VS pixels used.) With out doing any bead cutting (like the above African Wild Dog) it would be 50 USD, this includes shipping in the US and a clip for hanging / wearing, but if you want me to try and get the star as close as I can with bead cutting probably like 10 ~ 20 more. So between 50 and 70 shipped to you (if in the US, if outside the US I discount 5 USD off the shipping for international).
