And there goes Mutton, to be reunited with all of her lovely, tasty children after all~<3 That's a happy ending if I ever saw one.
It was Dessy's tummy that woke him up, and it's his tummy that put him back to sleep. In spite of his incredible metabolism, it'll be a while before he can really stand up and walk about with much ease after all.
Now that there are significantly less dragons in the den, I suppose it's just Dessy's den. For now anyway.
Fun fact: I originally figured I'd have a Rayquaza in the cave as a finale, but I ended up deciding that I rather dislike Rayquaza's design--at least for this--and that due to the fact that he resembles a machine, he does not make appetizing prey at all. Mutton made for way better finale in my book, though, even if she doesn't quite represent the ultimate noodle the way Rayquaza might have. ;P
I really should have asked Shikaro to include a little picture of spaghetti in a thought bubble for Dessy as he surveyed the sleeping Dratini in the beginning or somethin. x3 That woulda been fun and cute. Oh well
