well, pretty much. You can give me a basic theme. I used to have a list of ideas but no one really looks at it anymore. You do get a shaded pic at a discounted price for letting me play with the idea though

I had Big & Beyond, Transformations, Superheroes and villians. Stuff like that. but people could suggest a theme of their own if they wanted to

Possibly. It depends on how complex the character is. $5 is the bottom price

Aside from you picking mostly what you'll draw in an Artistic Freedom commission, what other limitations are there? Does it have to be 1 character?
