A number of you inquired about my current avatar, so I thought I'd share with you the source of the image. Coming from a "Huckleberry Hound" Dell comic book (Circa 1960), I scanned an excerpt from a 'Yogi Bear' back-up story entitled "A Brute of a Bee" - a scene following the aftermath of a disastrous attempt to steal honey from a hive guarded by one very tough bee - in which the bear tries to flush out the bee with a garden hose, only to have the tables turned and the bee cramming the hose down the bear's gullet! You can see the obvious results...

Even though this is the actual image of 'Yogi' from the comic book itself, I'd used my Photo Impression program to enhance the artwork by digitally erasing his buddy 'Boo Boo' and any dialogue balloons.

I'd decided, afterwards, to enhance the image even more by making 'Yogi' even more bloated - again by using Photo Impression. That image (which eventually became my avatar) will be coming up shortly...
