I did this a few months back ( May '08 ) for Vargr. Here's what I said about it on DA:

"This is Ralph giving his friend Vargr ( who may be a tad on the gigantic side ) some chin scratchies.

I started this off in gauche but I kept wussing on the paint lay-down so I took out the acrylics. I haven't painted in years so this is kind of a refresher. There's colored pencil in here too.
Jeez, the scanner doesn't like dealing with orange or yellow though. Those colors don't look as violent on the original as they do this scan.

Ralph is mine. Vargr is Vargr's."

Vargr said something was not accurate about his eyes but I've yet to find out what.
