Well the overall idea is that there would be a bunch of sky pirates, a bit like in Talespin, but having gained cybernetic capabilities, perhaps even "robotization" techniques like in "Sonic the Hedgehog".
Anyhow this particular character was a trucker, and was re constructed after an accident. I'm unfortunately not very good in coming up with back stories, but feel free to ask any questions you have.

Well as this is a really old idea I don't have much back story on this particular character.
Essentially much of his body has been replaced with mechanical parts. I guess he's still able to eat normally for nutricion. However he has a diesel engine for most of his strength which needs to run near continuously for him to move around in any efficient way.
