Baked pear topped with almond crumbs and fresh whipped cream
2 pears
lemon juice
2 teaspoons butter
1/2 cup ground almonds
whipped cream to top
1. Preheat the oven to 350. Peel, half and core the pears
2. Put the pears into ovenproof dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
3. Top each half with butter and ground almonds. (you can ground almonds or any nut in food processor)
4. Bake for 15 minutes.
5. Top with fresh whipped cream.
