The basics for this sad tale came to me in a dream (I love that I have Zelda based dreams)

I awoke from this dream an hour earlier than I normally rise, while I found the context of my dream dismal I also found it intriguing, and thus chose to stay up and write it down. I then spent some time polishing it into a short one-shot story and drew up a cover piece.

Please do let me know what you think of the story, it would really make my day :)

And if you have time please do let me know how you would feel about the idea of the Prince/Young King being the holder of the Triforce of Wisdom as I was unsure on if I should go there since such a title has always been held by Princess Zelda. I do think it would have been an interesting piece of tension to add since in this story the lore of Golden Goddesses and their Trifoce is considered condemned heresy by most, especially those in power.
