I have no clue what possessed me to do it, but he's had that as his main attire for a REALLY long time now. XD

I find it funny, because characters in the Archie Sonic comics have actually, a few years back, started wearing that if they're minions for Dr. Eggman. XD

As far as I know, they didn't at the time I changed his clothes. XDDDD

I've not read the Archie comics, do they call him Eggman or Robotnik? I grew up with Sonic the Comic and it was the latter :)

Ah, well, there's a HUGE story behind that.

Like it began with Robotnik, but they SLOWLY switched to Eggman around the Dreamcast days.

That was the beginning of, like, internet days, where we were easily getting info from the creators and actually able to get the REAL story and such,
Basically the stories we has ultimately clashed with the real story, effectively making the Archie Comic and the shows glorified Fanfiction. XD

I have to think though, my favorite moments were ones like these, where they effectively showed that Gerald Ivo Robotnik was a completely different character from Ivo "Eggman" Robotnik.

As much as the kid in me says 'ITS ROBOTNIK NOT EGGMAN', Eggman looks less sleezy :P

Well, officially, his name IS in fact Robotnik. Eggman had always been a nickname. But in Japanese he always went by the nickname, rather than his last name like everywhere else.
Heck, if I remember, the first cartoon had Sonic actually using it as an insult more than anything. Lol

Yeah he did, even in Sonic Adventure 1 it was an insult. Then in #2 it became his used name x3

I guess they were just slowly trying condition us to the norm. XD
