My great grandma passed away moments ago. She wasn't in any pain, she died sleeping. She was 102 years old, and was the first generation to move to the states from Japan. She was 20 when she did so, and I am the first great grandchild of the Amora-Takahashi Family. This is the family's crest, I don't recall what the two cranes symbolized, but it was a sign of the royal samurai clan my great grandma's family belonged to. For what I have heard and witnessed, is that she has worked hard and sacrificed a lot for the well-being of my family. With it being my great grandma's death, my weekend of celebrating my birthday with family, and an other visit to the doctors on Monday, I'll most likely be absent for the rest of this week.
