As some of you might have seen from my streams, I've been working on the cover for for the novel Lahkia: Heir of Darkness by Suzanne Ripley. It was a fun project to work on and came together pretty smoothly.
The kindle version (which can be read on just about any electronic device) has gone live on Amazon and if you're interested in checking it out for this first week it's only $0.99 (66% off)! Check it out here: http://tinyurl.com/ok5vhlo (goes to Amazon)
You can also preview a good bit of the book there if you're undecided or just curious (you can see the version with title if nothing else).
A print version of the book isn't available yet but will likely happen in the next few months.

I see a drgny thing! :D It doesn't look so nice though... and they appear to have a distinct lack of whiskers
Beautiful work with all those differing elements in the back and foregrounds, and the character themselves. Their expression is also very fitting, they certainly don't look like they belong in a place like that!

You did a really great job on this. It's really good when an art piece makes you actually feel something, and the way that you've painted everything, especially the main character and his posture and his expression, made me feel a real sense of dread and extreme aloneness :o
