I just realized that it has been over three years since I created this character and never did much with her. I feel like I should redesign a bunch of my old characters so why not start with my cute nerdy Palkia girl.

She's a librarian most of the time because of her love for reading. Also, she tends to use her powers over space to warp to distant locations at will. That doesn't help her with her shyness though.
