he is about 3 feet long and light pale blue in color
His eyes are a normal blue and his pupils are white.
He has six thin legs
He is quite shy and will usually hide
He blushes easily
He sometimes nibbles on the icicles on his antennae
he can manipulate ice and attack using it in various ways...
his two most powerful attacks are Frost Locker and Skewer Ice
Frost Locker: Fires a beam of energy from the tail to freeze a target from the inside, out.
Skewer Ice: Shimohana has the ability to cool the air around him, for this attak he cools water to ice form creating spears of ice that rain on the opponent.

... I can tell, of his beauty, from even just his blackened-and-whitely form.
The way he *sparkles* and shimmers, so much so, that even just now, where he have been in color, he would've just *radiated* his glossy-glow.
