Foxenawolf.
Stormwing is a weather pony, and not every place has weather managed by Pegasii, such as the Crystal Kingdom. While the Crystal Heart might help the kingdom, further away from the magic of love and caring, weather can become wild and untamed. And that's why Stormwing is out on the fringe of the Crystal Kingdom, wearing an outfit designed so the weather pony can do his job while staying (relatively) warm.
The outfit itself is based on Luke Skywalker's Hoth outfit. And if Stormwing is lucky, he won't be clubbed by a giant white snow monster.

Hoth is owned by Disney. And is sort of like Elsa's Snowy Kingdom v0.5.

Oh, completely possible. I figure that the Crystal Kingdom's calming effect on the land takes time, so while the initial area around the town is quite nice, further out, it's like a frozen version of the Everfree Forest. It'll still have a lot of potential hazards, caves, areas where the kingdom initially mined for materials for their houses that got filled in by massive amounts of snow over the 1000 years...
Either way, it was a random thought.
