I do, yeah. And even deciding the species was a pain, cause there are so many ways to pick it. Your favourite animals - an animal you connect or bond with - one that matches your personality. And I felt really picky about picking a species that wasn't super common either? Like for example, friends kept suggesting rabbit or bunny, since they see me as one of those - but a lot of people have those.

Oh I wholeheartedly agree. I've had plenty of fursonas that have been normal animals, but none of them really fit as well as mythological creatures did. It took me a long time to figure out what I finally wanted.

Right? It feels so important to pick the right thing, too.

There's a few reasons I picked it. A rabbit is the best animal to describe my personality, and deer represent my past and my former home, before my big move.
Plus my husband is a rabbit, and they fit together very well <3

I really like where this is going, I always think there arent enough bears. I dont know you personally but you have a very strong bold personality that would fit. The other thing is you can always change it up. I have 2 fursona the one I originated with is a panda I always admired pandas but my second fursona is a panda cat hybrid which shes suppose to be more like how I am in real life. One of my friends has a different design for each season. The best thing about being an artist is theres no limit to what you can do . Didnt mean to rant I just really love these designs

Yeah! I noticed there really aren't many bears - and I don't think I've seen more than maybe one or two FEMALE bears. Red pandas are common, and other pandas as well, but straight out grizzlies aren't common.

Aw, I hope I fit! It was between this and chinchilla in the end, honestly. But yeah, people seem to make hybrids if they can't decide - my friend is using that route.
