At least the physical card game for yu-gi-oh has some rules other than. "ha-HA, I win because of this rule i just pulled out of my ass!"
True fact, the entire 'western' version is based on only a short scene in a single chapter of the manga. the japanese version of the anime is 'nothing' like the american version either.
