I hope so! I think the thing that's getting me the most is that I just have so many ideas, but when I try to put them down, I run into so many complications that I have to figure out...
...and they're good ideas too, like the one with a possum marrying his un-dead bride in a coffin rolling down a river, an old/middle-aged raccoon smoking away his sorrows on a sidewalk by a sewer gate, two lover rabbits drinking from a jar with their hearts inside, maybe the one with the flies in tuxedos dancing on a Rabbit's tongue and begging a doctor--who happens to be a frog--to please do get them off.
It's so hard to figure these things out, like, how do I draw a jar with straws and hearts inside it without making this huge mess of incomprehensible sketch marks? I don't want to resort to taking away stuff just because I can't do it, and I don't want to post my multiple attempts at a drawing, like "Okay, here's drawing attempt #37!"
That's pretty much the reason why I'm taking a drawing II class, I want to get this stuff figured out once and for all, I want learn how to color too, something like this.

I think it's working. This drawing, I was able to get on paper the first time. I still had to make many adjustments before it was right though, y'know, making the hat big enough, but I didn't have to redo the whole thing twice.
I want to the point where I can get it right the first or even second time, the more adjustments I make, the more I tone down and ruin the picture.
Maybe sometime after that, I'll post some of my music attempts.
