A character I had created and then commissioned to be drawn. Colin is a detective, originally designed for a very specific setting. Colin was born in 1890 in Brooklyn, NY to Irish immigrant parents. He later went on to serve with the police for a short time before the outbreak of WW1 whereupon he volunteered to aid in the fight. When the warm came to a close he had seen things, terrifying things that had scared him. Through the fight he had encountered ancient forgotten knowledge that scarred his mind as bad as the war. Upon returning he took to service in the police once more, becoming a detective and pushing up the ranks. When he ended his service he became a PI, taking jobs across the country, and once more the eldritch nightmares he had seen in the war began to reappear, tormenting him. Drink numbed it as he drew inward before deciding he would fight back. As a result, Detective Colin Ferguson began a dark, dank fight against ancient beings, putting his mind and body at risk against beings he could barely comprehend.
