This is Peach and her Brother Dia waaaaaaay back in their story I wrote for them where they were deprived of their powers and forced to work together to search for them in a planet with their fates and memories replaced with new ones.

Dia was put into a life of Thieving and Pirating so he regained much of his powers and memories before Peach who was an "Escort" or sorts. At this point he has forced her Mask upon her showing her to not be human either, and kidnapping her from her retainers, challenging them to try and fight back. much of an jerk as he can be, he does actually care about her and her regaining her memories at this point, they just both play off their relationship very well with "" I hate you" and "Ugh" as their main responses to one another.
