Happy birthday
Chuchi!
And yes, I know about the mistakes (right freaking arm! legs! contrast! ;__;) and I'll fix them one day, but not today

Thank you.
About the mistakes... There were two main issues here.
First one - patience. Normally, if I start with the character then the character is going to be more or less correct and in high detail... but as soon as I finish it I'll get tired of working on the image so I'll want to hasten the rest, hence the background will be less detailed. And if I start by drawing the background - it's going to be the other way around. I know that every self-respecting artist is working from the entirety to the detail... But instead of doing so I'm basing my work on planes - first foreground, then second plane and then the background. So usually when the foreground is finished, shaded and with lighting the other planes are still one the stage of a sketch.
Second one - interaction. There is also the issue with constructing the skeleton of the character whilst interacting with things. I'm still struggling with that. Normally I'd first draw the character and then add an item of interest, tweaking it so it matches the character perfectly. For example, for me it's easier to draw sitting character by first drawing the character and then adding the chair, than the other way around. Sadly in this one it wasn't possible as I first calculated the angles on the tank (which are no less than 95% correct) and then added the rest.
I guess this is what you get for being an autodidact - excelling in some things whilst still doing few basic mistakes. But I'm sure that one day I'll deal with those issues.
