Maisie, my mouse character drawn while I was on the 'phone at work being asked stupid question about vaccinations. Most of my doodles tend to get chucked in the bin as I do them on the back of draft minutes. This is what I do to stop myself from getting annoyed with the various people who call me every day and expect me to be able to work miracles or to yell at me for something that I can't change.

If anyone who reads this happens to be a doctor, I advise you to try and hold your temper when dealing with the admin people. The person you yell at today over a rent issue is the very same person who tomorrow may well be doing your LES payment negotiations (or similar). Treating the paper pushers like they're morons doesn't make you look big, it makes you look like an ungrateful dick. [/rant]
