According to the Pokedex, a Meditite takes rigorous training in the mountains and sharpening its spirit with just a berry a day. This Meditite does indeed train in the mountains. Not just the mind, but the body as well. He mostly focuses on bodybuilding and strength training to balance out his deep mental training. Right now, he has the strength of a Machamp and ready for anything.
