tennoboy wanted a commission of his OC overinflating himself in the dead-centre of Manehattan. Most would confuse him for a parade balloon, but there aren't any floats on the roads underneath... That, and no valves on the air tanks that forcefully pump the poor, helpless pony with, what seems like, endless amounts of helium and oxygen. What ever will he do?~ >:D
