Vinny here is giving some advice about life, similar to Forest Gump, the main character of the film titled after him, and Pumbaa Smith in the Timon & Pumbaa episode "Guru-some", but said with fewer words than the latter character. I guess this is like saying that we may never know if or when the New Nintendo 3DS will be announced until the time comes.
