This is Torc leader of the Neang Gang but first let me tell you a little bit about the city he lives in….
In the city of Mundane Order, Structure, and Control is practiced religiously. Everyone wears similar clothes in the standard colors (White, Grey, Black) as to show social and finical statues. The upper class (government, doctors, celebrities, those with high monthly income, etc) wear the color white. The middle class (Those with a monthly income that does not qualify for high statues, volunteers, Teachers, construction workers, bus drivers, average joe, etc) wear grey. The lower class (those with out a job or unable to work, homeless, beggars, criminals, etc ) wear black. This allows the government and everyone else to know each others statuse to help maintain order and control. All things that could cause one to lose control is deemed bad and made illegal. The government controls watch they watch, listen, eat, and "play" 50 years ago EDM including all forms house and dupstep, along with raves were banned and anyone caught throwing or attending a rave, making, selling, buying, or even listening to such music will be arrested and sentenced to 25yrs in prison or shipped to mental reconditioning.
That being said there are those among them who still fight for freedom and color to return to the world and they are known as Ravers. A Raver can come from any background or class. No one knows a ravers status since they typically where colors other than the standard an can range from low saturation to neon. Ravers fight for many causes but the Neang Gang are known as the Robin hoods of Mundane and fight for lower class to help ease there burden.
