The xerci are the most common riding animals on Jolensh, very similar to our horses aside from the glowing pupil-less eyes, the horns, and other attributes that differentiate one xerci from another. In fact it is these differences that make xerci special. No two xerci is ever the same, because markings, horns, spiny hair, and hoof shape differentiate each from another.
