What is the Painted Pokemon Project?
Painted Pokemon project is what I am calling this series of Pokemon. My goal is to try this painted method on all of the pokemon. In doing so it will force me to practice and improve in this style. I am always open for critiques and advice. So if you have any, please let me know.
