One of the three changes this week was an alteration to how I paint the wire deformer weights for the upper lips. Rather than have a full strength weight uniformly painted across all parts of the muzzle, up to the crease at the top, I have a gradated weighting. The weight paint slowly, smoothly fades as it approaches the crease until it's there's almost no weight at all. There are a couple spots that have no weight paint at all. This results in a cleaner deformation of the muzzle fatty-puff thingies, and removes the angular shape and clipping that previously occurred when sneering.
