Really? I loved 12's gameplay. ;)
13, I think that the battle format definitely wasn't the most interactive. It really ended up being more like being on autopilot most of the time, since the game would select commands for you. I missed the style of FF7 and 8 when you could command each character one at a time. I do prefer the story so that's why I'm playing through the FF13 trilogy again before I move on to PS4.
