My little girl convinced me to get out of my seat and now she's laying between my legs cuddling my tail! SQUEEK! Happy Rat! Tucker looks on in wonder while my Jack Russell Terrier, Chloe, tries to get me to play tug of war; Chloe has no trouble with the big Rat now. But what warms my heart the most is how much my little girl loves seeing me as a Ratty. I haven't been able to get my fursuit box put away since Furnal Equinox early last month and she asks me at least three times a week to become the Ratty again!

There has to be a book out there on maintaining one's fursuit or elaborate animal costumes. Right now I'm watching two Costumed Anthropomorphic Animal Performers who've really let their outfits get seedy. One needs a good brushing, and the other is just falling apart.
Good thing FA doesn't have an adorability meter - it would've broken when you tried to post this. And somehow it reminds me of that strip in Freefall where Florence is discussing her owner/brother, whose biggest problem was all the envy from people who didn't have talking wolves for little sisters...
